Our reward programmes
From legacy deferred allocations and community-based contributions, to the new monthly AgriCoin model, the Group’s loyalty programme gives qualifying customers various ways to benefit from the business they do within the Senwes Group.
AgriRewards
AgriRewards is Senwes’ legacy deferred bonus scheme.
Although new qualifying business is no longer being channelled through AgriRewards, clients who still have existing deferred allocations and who did not
convert their AgriRewards to Senwes shares remain eligible to receive their bonus in the year that the relevant allocation expires.
AgriCoin
AgriCoin is Senwes’ new short-term rewards offering.
With AgriCoin, qualifying customers earn AgriCoins on purchases across participating Senwes Group companies. Allocations are calculated monthly, which means
value becomes available sooner and can be used on future transactions, subject to the programme rules, qualifying businesses and redemption dates.

AgriRewards Plus is a community-based programme that allows qualifying members to contribute to their registered communities through participating business conducted within the Senwes Group.
It creates a structured way for value generated through business to flow back into communities through registered associations and approved initiatives.

Programme for young professionals who undergo an intensive, shorter-term training programme designed to fast-track their development and career growth.
