What is AgriRewards Plus
Registration
AgriRewards members register their farmers’ associations for this extra benefit on the Senwes app or AgriRewards website with a OneAgri account.
Earnings
The accumulated income earned by farmers’ associations will be paid out twice a year upon request; after October 31st and after April 30th to the farmers’ association
Rewards
The Senwes Group automatically contributes a percentage of its profits to registered farmers’ associations, whose members are AgriRewards members, based on the business conducted by these members with participating companies in the Senwes Group. This cash benefit is funded by the Senwes Group and is in addition to current benefits allocated to AgriRewards members. AgriRewards+ provides a structured manner to channel donations to communities with the farmers’ association as the conduit. Agrirewards+ could potentially pay out R 1,8million per annum to registered farmers union based on the business done by Agrirewards members.
Beneficiaries
Farmers’ associations can then, subject to certain conditions, decide how to spend this income in their communities, e.g., at schools, old-age homes, churches, and facilities such as community-based security.
